Gina Lang, Day One owner, and Mayo Clinic Health and Wellness coach will lead and provide guidance on three new Lunch & Learn ZOOM classes. Each participant will have access to a private Facebook group page. Add-on coaching appts are encouraged at a special rate.

Let’s Develop “Atomic Habits” – WEEKLY STARTING MON JAN 17
Together on ZOOM during your lunch hour learn about ways to develop “sticky” habits from the award-winning book – Atomic Habits by behaviorist James Clear. Each participant is encouraged to set a goal(s) and meet with the Zoom group to discuss for six weeks. Remember goals can be anything you find important – You might want to read more OR lose weight OR be more optimistic – You decide.
Mondays: January 17, 24, 31, and February 7, 14, 21.
Gather in the ZOOM meeting at noon and discussion starts at 12:15 – 1:00 pm.
Fast. Feast. Repeat. – WEEKLY STARTING TUES – JAN 18
Together on ZOOM during your lunch hour learn about Intermittent Fasting (IF) and how it works from the award-winning book – Fast. Feast. Repeat by Gin Stephens. Each participant is encouraged to set a goal(s) and meet to discuss for six weeks. Remember IF is a great tool that is Tuesdays: January 18, 25, and February 1, 8, 15, 22 – gather in the ZOOM meeting at noon and discussion starts at 12:15 – 1:00 pm.
Let’s make it EASY to Eat More Plants – MONTHLY – Jan – Apr
Day One COOKS – Easy healthy recipes & cooking tips for better health, more energy & less Inflammation – 4 sessions – MONTHLY – Jan – Apr
Together on ZOOM during your lunch hour learn about why and how to sneak more fruits and veggies into your diet. Hands-on demonstration in the kitchen preparing an easy meal each month focused on tried and true recipes plus sticky tips for planning. A recipe and food list will be provided prior to the event so you might even follow along in your kitchen. These recipes will be basic with the aim of having limited ingredients to simplify eating well. Join us monthly, Fridays: Jan 14, Feb 11, Mar 11, April 8. The ZOOM meeting starts at 12:00 – 1:00 pm. Each participant will receive a cookbook – Title to be announced.

Standard coaching rate – $30 per session*
Add-on coaching rate – $25 per session up to four sessions at $100.*
* plus 6% KY State Sales Tax
Day One performs metabolism testing which can provide great data for your journey especially with weight loss goals. More information about testing your metabolic rate can be found at www.dayoneky.com. The fee for testing is $59 plus tax* and Day One offers the option for two people to share a testing appointment – each test is $49 each plus tax*.
