Day One Wellness is offering a Day One Lunch & Learn workbook series. “Fasting, Feasting, and Freedom” by Kim Smith, author of Unbelievable Freedom. Mayo Clinic Health and Wellness Coach, Gina Lang, will lead a discussion based on the workbook (pictured below). The lunch series will be on the ZOOM platform at NOON (ET) on Mondays for six weeks. (NOV 9, 16, 23, 30 and DEC 7, 14). The $69 fee (plus 4.14 tax) to participate includes the workbook plus the coaching fee for six sessions.
